Two gifters of the german orgonite forum pinpointed the environment  of the circular rain/snowfall about 50 Kilometer

southwest of Prague (CZ ) and discovered this american "weather~radarstation"  in the center.   ;-) 

Around the small town, called "Brdy",  the US- Government wanted to install the radar for the

"Missle Defense System of Eastern Europe".
