Two gifters of the german orgonite forum pinpointed the environment  of the circular rain/snowfall about 50 Kilometer

southwest of Prague (CZ ) and discovered this american "weather~radarstation"  in the center.  

Around the small town, called "Brdy",  the US- Government wanted to install the radar for the

"Missle Defense System of Eastern Europe".

Engineer Gene in NJ, who has started posting here, sent me the following to help me understand why those patterns show up in the weather weaponry effects.  I've asked Gene to become a de facto educator here because he's got tons of experience as an electronics engineer but has kept his fertile mind from being institutionalized in the corporate and university environments.  He's a rare gem and he also sees subtle energy, so is a priceless tool for The Operators to use to get us all some more hard science evidence to help explain what we're all experiencing.

The clincher is that he's not self-aggrandizing, so is not seeking a personal following.   It breaks my heart when someone with his skill and experience comes along but won't network with the rest of us.  The Operators seem to have all this well in hand because the self-centered ones just wander away and newer, more amenable people show up to carry the load.

Gene has decided to space out his gifting reports and observations in a way that our readers can assimilate his offerings at a comfortable rate.   One thing I particularly like about his reports is that he's very descriptive and offers relevant scientific explanations to bolster the subtle energy observations.  You'll see.  Thanks, Gene!  Here it is:

Look at the second one down with the tuning fork.  Tuning forks, though they generate sound waves, have two distinct and spaced "emitters" - the vertical portions of the fork.  Just look how the sound waves propagate and how they bump into each other and add/cancel to form a standing wave pattern or "interference pattern".  Kind of looks like that stuff over Australia, doesn't it.  Now picture say 25-50 trasmitters firing as point sources to a square or round grid pattern in the atmosphere and imagine all the various electromagnetic waves bouncing into each other as they start their horizontal propagation with all the additions and cancellations and its not hard to see how you can create patterns that look like that.  I'm sure the math would give an Ivory Tower type PHD an Excedrin headache but I guarantee you there's math behind all of this that can exactly model what you get.  Each "emitter" or transmitter would cause a wave propagation very similar to what you get when you drop a small pebble in a still pond vertically with the ripples heading out equally and in all directions.  Do that with multiple pebbles at the same time and you can make similar things if the water is in a constrained area though it would need to be filmed as it wouldn't last too long.
