One of the guys in Vicuña, sent me this information.

THis one is just like the "original" one in Alaska. According to their own website its purpose is to study the atmophere and ionosphere.  It was built in the 60´s and has been constantly upgraded since. That probably makes it one of the oldest weather warfare instalations still in operation.

Wow, that's a BIG one and looks kind of new.

I bet a dozen TBs around the perimeter will turn it into a healing device but if someone in Lima is going to gift it and wants some assurance about how to get it done efficiently he/she can email me at and I'll ask my wife for some advice for you.  She's got a good track record for this stuff.  

When I'm on a gifting sortie without Carol I just dowse for that advice, using a pendulum and a Succor Punch but I don't offer my dowsing data as authoritative.  For that matter, none of us are authorities, just like Dr Reich  often repeated that he was not an authority.   We share a dislike of sycophants with our departed science mentor.

I think that whoever gifts this facility is in for a visual and sensory treat within a few minutes.  I can say that because when Carol and I gifted the enormous HAARP array by Delano, California, in the southern part of the San Joaquin Valley, all the smog for hundreds of miles disappeared within a few minutes.   Unknown to us at the time was that Richard from Reno was disabling a 'sister array' at the north end of that vallye, near Sacramento, at the same time.   See how The Operators sometimes use us like chess pieces?  The timing was exquisite in that case.  Richard, Carol and I had a good laugh about that one, later on.

We did that array with three ordinary, kind of funky Holy Handgrenades (I made them ).  At the time, we didn't have any towerbusters.

You can probably get along the perimeter to do it without a problem, as we did.   Just don't toss while a spook is looking, okay? If  they don't see you with their eyeballs, they won't find your orgonite.  If you stop to bury each one it's more likely that they'll find and retrieve it if you're being watched from a satellite.  If you carry along a little Succor Punch in your pocket the satellites probably won't track you.

Some of the psychics on EW, including Carol, can look at your work, afterward, and get an idea of whether it was adequately accomplished and if the spooks found and removed the orgonite.  Just email me afterward, okay?  I won't share your name in a post unless you want me to.

We absolutely prefer tossing (preferably from a moving vehicle) to burying.
