So there's an explanation of the mystery however it does point in a major way that the orgonite effects the water in some way as they specify the purity of the water:

"Conditions have to be just right to build an ice spike, but one controllable factor is the purity level of the water. Higher impurities in water give it a lower freezing temperature. In order for a neck to form, the outer edge of the neck will have to form faster than the water forced up from underneath. If it doesn't, the water will just spread out over the cube and the neck won't build up into a spike. Distilled water removes the impurities and lets the water freeze fastest."

random people getting those results consistently with different sources of water suggest a definite orgonite and water effect.

I've gotten my ice spikes with chlorinated city water out of the tap and a large HHG in the basement immediately below the fridge. I've often read of getting ice spikes by putting an HHG on top of the fridge and using distilled or spring water. But this is how mine have shown up.
  

the ice spikes I got was from putting hhgs anywhere on top of or in the freezer. I got SBB coils (galaxy shaped phenom) to appear in ice by placing a copper SBB coil under the large Tupperware-type container filled with water And orgonite in the freezer.  Fun stuff to play with and the ice seems highly charged. I used distilled water.

As you can see in this pic the phenomenon is also present in resin maybe due to a little exces in hardener. Anyway the cristal boosted by the orgonite does print its wave form in  the resin.
  

it is an amazing effect. i want to share with you a pic of my 2nd HHG only. I decided to leave the top without metal to be able to see the crystal and i got the same effects but in a smaller space, not so dramatic as yours.

  

and I also did some water experiments just after I finished my first CBs.

I charged water in a glass jar on the top of mini CB for approx. 24 hrs and next I shoved it into freezer.
Poor jar did not survive and broke when water froze, but frozen ice shows really interesting structure with some kind of milky core - I broke it into 2 pieces (to expose inside) and here are the pics:
